Costs, Charges and Re-payments


There are no costs or charges for treatment conducted under the NHS. However, children (and their parents) who do not meet NHS requirements may choose to undertake recommended Orthodontic Treatment privately.
Adults undertaking Orthodontic treatment Privately will be provided with a detailed outline of their available treatment options and then a comprehensive written quote. This will take place during their first consultation.

Generally there are four charge/re-payment stages which include:
  1. 1st Consultation - £50 Payable at your 1st appointment.  This includes a 20 minute appointment to discuss treatment options with your Orthodontist and a quote and repayment plan discussed with our Treatment Coordinator. It also includes records (x-rays, digital photographs & study models) but these may be taken at a subsequent appointment.  Free if you are referred by a family member or friend already in treatment (includes children in treatment).
  2. Special records - (Invisalign only) - £175.00 payable at the Record taking appointment.
  3. Appointment Booking - We don't ask for a deposit to confirm your treatment appointment or hold the booking but 1st payment MUST be made before treatment commences..
  4. Treatment (see below) - payable via deposit (payable before treatment commences) + then monthly interest free repayments or up front in full (with discount).
  5. IOTN Fail (NHS) - Specially adjusted prices exist for children not qualifying for NHS treatments, ranging from £1,250 - £1,750.

  • We don't offer 'Credit' so there are no interest charges to consider
  • Prices are all-inclusive from start to finish; there are no hidden or extra costs along the way
  • Payment in full may allow negotitation in the total treatment cost
  • A deposit up front followed by quarterly payments over 12 months is available
  • Regardless of the repayment method, total costs incur no fees or charges
  • Re-payment plans can be flexible to best suit individual patient circumstances
Without undertaking a consultation it is impossible to provide an accurate treatment plan and quote.  The average total treatment costs for Private adult patients
  • Is between £500.00 - £2,500 - partial course of fixed or removable Orthodontic treatment (functional appliances, single arch treatments) and retainers - up to 3 years of appointments.
  • Is between £3,000.00 - £4,000.00 - a standard full course of fixed Orthodontic treatment (Ceramic braces or Invisalign) and retainers - up to 3 years of appointments. 
  • Is between £5,000 - £6,000 - a standard full course of fixed Orthodontic treatment (Lingual Incognito braces) and retainers - up to 3 years of appointments..
